When you register for a FlightTrackPro account, we store your name, email address, hashed password (using bcrypt), timezone preference, and the flights you choose to save. We never store plain-text passwords or raw payment card numbers.

2. Flight Alerts vs. Marketing Newsletters

Operational flight alert emails are sent strictly for flights you explicitly save and enable alerts for. Marketing newsletters require a separate Double Opt-In confirmation and include a one-click unsubscribe link in every email.

3. Cookies & Google AdSense Disclosure

We use essential first-party cookies to maintain your authenticated session and theme preferences. When Google AdSense advertising is enabled by the administrator on free-tier pages, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You may permanently delete your account and all associated tracked flights and alert history at any time from your Account Settings page.
